Dining aboard the Haumana Cruise

Our French chef will prepare all your food during your Tahiti cruise. He carefully chooses fresh fruits and seafood available from the islands and will include these fine ingredients in his most famous French recipes. You will also be able to taste some of the most succulent Tahitian culinary delights.

Breakfast is 'a la carte' or from our buffet with eggs, bacon, fish, etc.... Continental or American breakfast is available between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m. in the morning.

Lunch is served between 12 noon and 2 p.m., again either 'a la carte' or buffet style featuring seafood, meat, fresh vegetables and includes a selection of complementary wines.

Dinner begins at 7 p.m. and is served until 10 p.m., 'a la carte' or at the buffet, including of course our complementary wine list.
